Tasty and very very good breakfast with freshly cooked ham & eggs and nice staff. Particularly good and magnificent location in 11. Simmering district adjacent to the centre of Vienna and several restaurants and supermarkets.

The room we stayed in was newly decorated and new-fashioned with an AC unit as well as modern decor.

Magnificent location in the lovely area and it was a bonus to be very close to a U-Bahn station. Plus, Altsimmering Church was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

It has unbeatable location not far from resturants around. All the staff is amicable and excellent and is engaged to make your stay nice.

the place is quiet and great and has ideal location on the outskirts of vienna. staff is really kind and very very nice and you can park your car onsite. casual restaurant has fab food choices. would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location of the venue is ideal and nice, really close to the Airport which is 12 minutes away as well as city center;)))

This hotel in the center of the city impressed me with its attention to detail and old-fashioned Viennese charm. The rooms were updated but still maintained their unique character, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The AC was a welcome addition, especially during the hot weather. The included breakfast was a highlight, with freshly cooked ham and eggs that started the day off right.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

The rooms are recently renovated, new-fashioned, and come with central heating, flat-screen television and a writing desk. Would like to come again!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the suburbs of Vienna. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was just a short walk from the U3 underground station, making it easy to travel to the city center. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, complete with a kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom was modern and clean, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my visit. Despite being in the suburbs, there were also several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options. I had a great experience at this hotel.

I did encounter one minor inconvenience during my stay.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. When I asked for some cutlery to eat my meal in my room, they refused to give me any.
